Coached training twice a week, weeklong plans every week (you can run on your own or with the group runs) as well as FREE entry to one of the Herald of Victory Marathon races (Full Marathon, Half Marathon, or Relays!).
This will include 12 full months, educational meetings including information on Nutrition, Injury Prevention, etc.
Meetings are on Tuesday and Thursday. There is no requirement that you make it to all of them.
