  • Professional, certified coach to help you hit your goals

  • Twice a week coached group workouts - Tuesday and Thursday

  • Option to train with group on “easy” run days

Check out the programs below.  Choose between 3 months (5k only), 6 months or 1 year of training!  Starting January 15th.  We will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 pm.
